A Boink is that annoying BEEP that you hear every time you get a kill in multiplayer. You don't hear it when you play the campaign or skirmish. The boink contained in Renegade is saved as a "Correction_3.wav" file, and to install a custom boink is as easy as replacing that file. Take your boink file, whatever it may be named and place it in your /renegade/data/ directory. Then after you have done that, rename the file "correction_3.wav" without the quotes. Some minutes ago we had another cheater, sad enough there was no mod in the server nor online at IRC so we vote kicked him:

He was making HS on every1 of our team, even when we where in our own base and he was far away.

He wasn't moving at all, just standing still and shooting.

Should be nice if he gets banned soon.

This time some1 who can do 200 damage with a 500 sniper rifle, never misses and also makes hs's 9/10.

But again, there was no mod ingame nor online at IRC so we vote kicked him.
