when you have mod power there is a section which you dont see right now about the mod commands. or just type !help ingame/irc

Yea justice covered it all.... when you type !help more commands will come up.. ( more then you would get when regular player)
The most important are :
!ban (playername) reason
!kick(playername) reason
!warn(playername) reason
!qkick (playername) reason

Theres more just type !help ingame or irc ^^
